Karios Coaching was established in 2024 by Chris Knight and provides access to a team of Coaches and a range of organisational development services. Each team members’ story is unique but have similarities with twist and turns, ups and downs that life can present. Driven by similar values, they all have one thing in common – they are passionate about supporting people to be their true authentic selves. To have better understanding of self, to embrace life and maybe even explore purpose, identity and meaning.

The Team are all qualified and members of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) or similar and have been in senior leadership roles. They provide accessible rates and as part of their ethos of inclusivity and addressing inequalities, offer 25% of their available time as pro bono (for free).
